Am I able to return to work immediately after a CoolSculpting Treatment?

Yes, one of the biggest advantages of our services is that there is zero downtime. Most of our clients go right back to their usual schedule following a treatment, whether that’s back to work, the gym, running errands, or something else.

Is CoolSculpting painful?

The first few minutes may feel intense due to the cold and the slight pulling sensation of the vacuum applicator. However, the area typically goes numb quickly, and most patients report that the majority of the session is very comfortable.

How long does a treatment session take?

A standard treatment takes between 35 and 60 minutes, depending on the area being treated. We offer DualSculpting, which uses two machines at once, so we are able to treat a greater area in half the time of other providers.

How many sessions will I need to start seeing results?

Some clients start to see improvements after a single session, but most will not achieve their “wow” results until after 2 to 3 sessions. Our team works with you to create a customized plan that maps out what your goals are and how long you can expect it to take to start seeing real results.

Are the results of CoolSculpting permanent?

Once the fat cells are frozen and eliminated, they are gone for good, and your body will not grow new fat cells in that area. However, in order to keep your remaining fat cells from expanding, you must focus on maintaining a healthy lifestyle after your treatment.

Are there side effects to CoolSculpting treatments?

Yes, as with all clinical treatments, there are some side effects. Some patients may experience temporary redness, swelling, blanching, bruising, or tingling in the treated area. The effects are typically minor and fade quickly on their own, usually within a few days or weeks.

How is CoolSculpting different from Liposuction?

Liposuction requires an invasive operation that includes anesthesia, incisions, and recovery time. By comparison, CoolSculpting is non-invasive, uses no needles or medications, and comes with no downtime. It is considered a safer alternative for those looking to avoid surgery on their journey to a slimmer figure.

How do I know if I am a good candidate for CoolSculpting?

The best way to assess your candidacy is to book a consultation with our team. In general, those who see the best results are within 20 to 30 pounds of their goal weight but are dealing with stubborn fat pockets that diet and exercise have not addressed. CoolSculpting is not a weight-loss solution for obesity but is a body contouring treatment.

Will I need to follow a specific diet or exercise program?

CoolSculpting does not require any lifestyle modifications. However, in order to keep your remaining fat cells from expanding, the client will need to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Many of our clients find excellent motivation in the results of their treatments and discover they have an easier time sticking to their healthy lifestyle after treatments are complete.

What should I wear to a treatment session?

We provide garments you will need during treatments, but comfortable, loose-fitting clothing after treatment is advisable.
