We have answers to all of your CoolSculpting questions.
If you’re looking for a non-surgical body contouring treatment that can help reduce stubborn areas of fat that no amount of exercise seems to get rid of, CoolSculpting is a fantastic option to consider. At Cool Renewal Med Spa, we specialize in this treatment, and our team is happy to explain what CoolSculpting is and help you explore whether it’s a good option for your goals.

What Is CoolSculpting?
CoolSculpting is non-surgical, using advanced cooling technology to target and freeze fat cells beneath the skin without damaging the surrounding tissue. Over time, your body will naturally process and eliminate these treated fat cells, leaving you with a more sculpted and contoured appearance.
Many of our clients ask what is CoolSculpting best for? Common treatment areas include the abdomen, flanks, thighs, upper arms, back, and under the chin. Since it’s a noninvasive treatment, there’s no anesthesia, needles, or incisions, which means that many of our clients can return to their everyday activities immediately after their session.
What to Expect From a CoolSculpting Treatment With Our Team
Our clients choose us because we offer comfortable, customizable sessions and because of the level of expertise we’re able to deliver. Our spa solely offers CoolSculpting treatments, so we’re experts on the process and how to help our clients achieve the optimal results. We’ll conduct a consultation with you to discuss your areas of concern and whether CoolSculpting would be a good option to help you reach your goals. If we come to the agreement that you’re a good fit, we’ll get you scheduled for your treatment at your convenience.
During your treatment session, the applicator is placed over the selected treatment areas and delivers a precise cooling treatment. Most sessions last around 30 minutes to an hour, and many of our clients find their sessions relaxing. You can expect mild sensations of cold, pressure, or pulling, but these will subside as the treatment progresses. Once the applicator is removed, we briefly massage the area to help enhance the results. You’ll start to see results over the following weeks and months as your body processes the treated fat cells.
